2 days ago Canisius held an event which was called Seminar Edukasi and what makes me so surprised was that Canisius invited the famous motivator whose name is Andrie Wongso. I've heard that he could sell his word about $2000 dollar for an hour. Whoaaa.. can u believe that? u just talk to many people, give them such a bullsh*t and u'll receive much money. hahhaa
There were 3 speakers in the seminar. The first speaker was Canisius' alumni who has a quite principal position in mega bank. He's not an extraordinary public speaker, but what impressed me so much was his words "Orang sukses adalah orang yang bisa bangun sebelas kali setelah jatuh sepuluh kali". Yeah.. to state is easier than to do. By the way, I like his Fujitsu Laptop.. Haaha, it is very small and looks prestigious!!
The second speaker was the former of Astra Director. he's worse than the first one. Yet, i could learn his life history, actually his cousin's. His cousin, just call A, was learning to be a doctor in Trisakti. unfortunately, when he was going to graduate from the faculty after 6-7 years, the university was closed because of political reasons. Then, he went to Germany and take a profession as a nurse for 4 years. Having saved the money, he went to Netherland and start again his 'doctor' career for 7 years. 18 years of his determination finally makes a good result.
The third speaker was Andrie Wongso. First of all, the film of his life summary were shown to us and surprisingly he was running energeticly to in front of us. he said "APA KABAR" with a vigorous sound and we must reply it back "LUAR BIASA". Yeah, it's enough to make our drowsiness gone. "SUCCESS IS MY RIGHT".. that's his motto. when i saw his history, whoa.. it's terrible man. can u imagine how hard his determination to get this position? he's just SDTT, sd tidak tamat and he started his career from the very beginning.. he started to make essential words to sell, later and later, he built the factory and now? he owns the harvest factory.. hmm.. what a great journey..
